Flugangst / Avivophobie

Flugangst bzw. Avivophobie ist die krankhafte Angst vor Flugreisen und tritt für gewöhnlich einige Tage vor dem Flug oder erst kurz vorher auf.
Behandeln lässt sie sich mit Hilfe von Techniken aus der Kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie, z.B. der schrittweisen Exposition / Konfrontationstherapie.
