Stress am Arbeitsplatz führt zu Herzinfarkten - Meta-Analyse zeigt erhöhtes Herzinfarktrisiko durch berufliche Belastungen

„Stress am Arbeitsplatz kann auf Dauer das Herz schädigen. In einer internationalen Meta-Analyse, die kürzlich in der medizinischen Fachzeitschrift „Lancet“ erschienen ist, wurden 13 europäische Kohortenstudien aus den Jahren 1985 bis 2006 zusammengefasst. Prof. Mika Kivimäki, University College London, untersuchte rund 200.000 Teilnehmer aus sieben europäischen Ländern über einen Zeitraum von durchschnittlich 7,5 Jahren. Damit ist es die größte Studie zu diesem Thema.“
