Ashish Mehta
… Jahrgang 1974 ist in Indien geboren und aufgewachsen. Bereits mit 11 Jahren unterrichtete ihn sein Vater in Hatha Yoga und bereiste mit ihm viele heilige Orte. 1996 führte sein Weg ihn nach Bombay, wo er zunächst als Schauspieler arbeitete. So sehr er den Beruf liebte, verspürte er doch ein starkes Bedürfnis, seine Spiritualität ebenfalls auszuleben. Workshops und Seminare über Feng Shui, Pranic Healing, Massage, Hypnose und Heilung folgten. Seit 2005 unterrichtet Ashish Mehta Yoga (Pantha Hatha Yoga), veranstaltet Meditations-Workshops und Ausbildungskurse mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten.
