Studie: Viele Überstunden machen depressiv

Wer regelmäßig mehr arbeitet, als er soll, hat ein höheres Risiko für Depressionen. Das fanden britische und finnische Forscher bei einer Langzeitstudie heraus.

Langfristig mehrere Überstunden am Tag erhöhen das Risiko für eine schwere Depression. Dies ergab eine Langzeitstudie mit mehr als 2.000 Angestellten britischer Behörden.
