„Darf eine Psychotherapeutin mit einer Zusatzbezeichnung eine Zulassung nach dem Sonderbedarf erhalten? Nein, sagte die KV. Doch, entschied jetzt das BSG.
KASSEL (mwo). Eine Psychotherapeutin mit Zusatzqualifikation für Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapie kann eine Sonderbedarfszulassung als Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapeutin erhalten.
Das hat der Vertragsarztsenat des Bundessozialgerichts (BSG) in Kassel in seiner jüngsten Sitzung entschieden.“
