„Dass die Koalition die ärztlichen Zwangsbehandlungen psychisch Erkrankter wieder auf eine rechtliche Grundlage stellt, ist eine gute Nachricht fürÄrzte und Therapeuten. Seit einem Urteil des Bundesgerichtshofes im Juni 2012 handelten sie in einer rechtlichen Grauzone.“
