vier Ohren des Hörens

Das Modell der vier Ohren des Hörens stammt von Friedemann Schulz von Thun und teilt Aussagen in vier verschiedene Kategorien ein:

Ein Mann und eine Frau sitzen im Auto, sie fährt, er ist Beifahrer. Er sagt: „Die Ampel da vorne ist grün.“ Als Beobachter dieser Szene wissen wir nicht, wie dieser Satz gemeint ist. Die Frau kann seine Aussage auf vier verschiedene Weisen interpretieren:

Appell: „Fahr schneller!“
Sachebene: „Die Ampel ist grün.“ (Und nicht etwas rot oder blau.)
Beziehungsebene: „Du fährst schlecht Auto.“
Selbstaussage: „Ich würde schneller fahren.“
