Neuropathie: Lyrica enttäuscht in zwei Studien
„New York – Das Medikament Lyrica (Wirkstoff: Pregabalin) hat in einer Phase-III-Studie an Patienten mit diabetischer Neuropathie keine bessere Wirkung erzielt als Placebo. Eine weitere Studie bei Patienten mit HIV-assoziierter Neuropathie wurde nach einer enttäuschenden Zwischenauswertung vorzeitig abgebrochen.“
