Bad Bramstedt: Behandlungsangebot für Depressive
„BAD BRAMSTEDT. Ein neues Behandlungsangebot der Schön Klinik Bad Bramstedt richtet sich speziell an ältere Menschen mit Depressionen.
Nach Angaben des Krankenhauses bindet das Therapiekonzept biografische Elemente ein, um das eigene Leben aus verändertem Blickwinkel wahrzunehmen und pessimistische Denkmuster zu korrigieren.
Außerdem lernten die Patienten, ihre sozialen Kontakte zu erweitern und körperlich und mental aktiv zu werden. Auch Abschied, Trauer und Tod würden thematisiert.
Bislang behandelt die Schön Klinik eigenen Angaben zufolge rund 1500 Patienten mit Depressionen im Jahr, über acht Prozent davon sind älter als 60 Jahre. (di)“
